Our Circles
Our Circles are quietly spacious, a connection with yourself and those around you. They create a space and time to notice what is present beneath the everyday and to allow it to emerge, perhaps it is just a beginning, a thread, a sense or perhaps there is no clarity just a yearning for something different.
A Circle is a place to be held and supported as we each reach for something that feels quietly present. There is nothing to learn, nothing to believe, nothing to strive for, the invitation is to be, to be present in the moment and to breathe.
By sitting together we listen with warmth and heart, witnessing the words of others and allowing ourselves the opportunity to speak our truth safe in the knowledge that there will be no judgement or response, just what needs to be said.
